MatrisAI hosts thousands of independent merchant stores and presentation sites. Most are run by good operators, but if you have found a site on our platform that is breaking the law or our Acceptable Use rules, please tell us so we can investigate.
Abuse report
support@matris.aiUse subject line "Abuse report: <site URL>". We acknowledge new reports within one business day and act faster on serious cases.
What to include
- The exact URL of the page or site you are reporting.
- A short description of why it is abusive and which rule it violates (illegal goods, scams, malware, phishing, counterfeit, copyright or trademark infringement, etc.).
- Evidence: screenshots, archived page links, or any documentation that supports your claim.
- For copyright or trademark complaints, the information required by your jurisdiction (DMCA-style notice, an identification of the protected work, your good-faith statement, and your contact details).
- Your name and contact email. Anonymous reports are accepted but we may not be able to follow up if we have questions.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your report.
- We investigate. For clear-cut cases (child sexual abuse material, ongoing phishing, active malware) we take the site offline immediately.
- For borderline cases we may contact the site operator and give them an opportunity to respond before taking action.
- We notify you when the report is resolved.
What we will not do
- We do not act on price-comparison disputes or business rivalries.
- We do not act on content that you simply disagree with; there has to be a violation of law or of our Acceptable Use rules.
- We do not share the reporter's identity with the operator of the reported site unless required by law.
