Yes. Guests choose their dates and how many adults and children are coming, see which rooms are free on every night of the stay, and book them with the full price shown upfront. You can let the place room by room or as a whole, accept bookings at once or confirm each request yourself, and set how far ahead and how late guests can book. Every guest gets a confirmation email.

Yes. Each room has its price per night, with a separate price for Friday and Saturday nights and season prices for the dates you choose, such as summer or the holidays. You can add a cleaning fee charged once per stay and a minimum number of nights, for the whole place, a room or a season. Rate plans let you offer, for example, a non-refundable rate or one with breakfast.

Yes. Ask for a deposit or the full amount by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when the guest books; a new guest house starts with a 30% deposit. The rest can be charged automatically to the same card a set number of days before arrival, or paid at the property. The money goes to your own Stripe account and on to your bank.

Guests cancel from the link in their confirmation email, within the terms of the rate they booked. A flexible rate is refunded in full until the free-cancellation deadline you set; a non-refundable rate keeps what was paid. If you cancel a booking yourself, the guest gets everything back. You are emailed every time, and the nights free up at once.

Yes, through iCal calendar links. Add the calendar link of each listing on Airbnb, Booking.com or any other site, and nights booked there close on your site, checked every 15 minutes. Paste your own calendar link into those sites so bookings made with you close there too. It keeps availability in step; prices and guest details stay on each site.

Plans start at €10 a month: Start at €10, Grow at €24 and Pro at €59, each with as many rooms as you have. Every plan includes your website, online booking, card deposits and calendar sync. On card payments we take a commission that drops as your plan grows: 1% on Start, 0.7% on Grow and 0.4% on Pro. New customers pay €1 a month for the first 3 months, billed monthly.
