Your events, booked and paid online.

Yes. Each event gets its dates, a number of places and a price, and guests book their places on your website, paying by card when you switch card payments on. One booking can hold several places, so a group books together, and a date never sells more places than you set. Every guest gets a confirmation email with your terms, such as what to bring.

Anything sold as places on a date: guided tours, workshops, tastings, talks and small concerts. An event can run on set days every week, or as a series of dates booked as a whole, like a three-evening workshop, and each date can name its guide or host. There is no seating plan and no ticket types within one event: for a different price, add it as its own event.

Guests join the waitlist for the full date. When someone cancels, the places go to the first person waiting whose group fits, booked automatically and confirmed by email, so nobody has to watch for a free spot. You choose how long before the start the waitlist stops, and anyone still waiting is told by email then.

Guests cancel from their account up to the deadline you set and are refunded by your terms: in full before your free-cancellation window closes, or the share you choose after it. If you call off a date, its bookings are cancelled and refunded and every guest is emailed; for a series, guests keep their booking and are told. Places given back go to the waitlist.

Open the date in your admin to see its guest list: who booked, how many places and any note they left. Tick guests in as they arrive, mark no-shows, and add someone who turns up at the door, within the places left. There are no scannable tickets: guests give their name, and the list stays in step with bookings, cancellations and the waitlist.

Plans start at €10 a month: Start at €10, Grow at €24 and Pro at €59. Staff accounts: 1 on Start, 5 on Grow and no limit on Pro. Events, dates and bookings are not limited on any plan. On card payments we take a commission that drops as your plan grows: 1% on Start, 0.7% on Grow and 0.4% on Pro. New customers pay €1 a month for the first 3 months, billed monthly.
