Your classes, booked online.

Yes. People see your weekly timetable, pick a class and book one or more places, up to the limit you set. Each class shows how many places are left, so it never takes more people than you have room for. You can accept bookings at once or confirm each request yourself, close booking a set time before the start, and everyone gets a confirmation email.

Yes. Next to drop-in classes, set up a course as a group with its own dates and one price for the whole course. People book a place in every meeting at once, before the first one starts. If you call off a single meeting, everyone booked is told by email and keeps the rest of the course.

People join the waitlist instead. When someone cancels, the freed place goes to the first person in line whose group fits, booked for them automatically and confirmed by email. The waitlist stops handing out places a set time before the class starts, which you choose, and anyone still waiting is told they did not get in.

Yes. Sell packs such as 10 classes, or unlimited passes for a set number of days, with an optional weekly limit. Sell them at the desk, or online by card. Holders book with their pass code and the same email, one credit per place, and cancelling a booking gives the credit back. A course is paid on its own, not with a pass.

Yes. Ask for the full price by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when they book, or let them pay at the studio. People cancel from the link in their confirmation email until the deadline you set, and refunds follow your cancellation rules. If you call a class off, drop-in bookings are cancelled, refunded in full and everyone is emailed.

Plans start at €10 a month: Start at €10, Grow at €24 and Pro at €59, with 1, 5 and 15 instructors included, then €3 a month for each extra instructor. Every plan has your website, online booking, the waitlist and card payments. On card payments we take 1% on Start, 0.7% on Grow and 0.4% on Pro. New customers pay €1 a month for the first 3 months, billed monthly.
