Your rentals, booked online.

Yes. Customers choose a day and hours, or pickup and return days, see how many of each item are free then, and book several items at once, such as two bikes and a child seat. The price is worked out as they choose and checked again when they book. You can confirm rentals instantly or approve each request yourself, and you and the customer both get an email.

Yes. Each item is rented by the hour or by the day, at its own price. Add packages, such as 4 hours or a week for a set price, and customers always pay the cheapest mix that covers their time. You can also set a shortest and longest rental, a gap after each hourly rental to check what came back, and how far ahead people can book.

You set how many of each item you own, and a rental only goes through while enough are free for the whole time. If two people book the last bike at the same moment, only one gets it. Walk-ins and phone bookings taken at the counter use the same stock, and items you take out of service for repairs cannot be booked.

Yes, and you choose how. Ask for part of the price as a deposit when customers book, take the full amount, or hold a security deposit on the card that is charged only if you need it and released when everything comes back. Holds are placed for pickups within five days, because card holds expire. Payments go to your own Stripe account, and refunds follow your cancellation terms.

Anything you hand out from a counter by the hour or by the day: bikes, e-bikes and scooters, kayaks, paddle boards and boats, skis and snowboards, tools, camping or party gear. Helmets, locks and child seats can be extras, offered alongside but never rented alone. Rentals that need a plate, mileage or a licence check, such as cars, are not covered yet.

Plans start at €10 a month: Start at €10 with 10 rental items, Grow at €24 with 50, and Pro at €59 with no plan limit on items. An item is one thing you rent, such as a city bike, with as many of it as you own. On card payments we take 1% on Start, 0.7% on Grow and 0.4% on Pro. New customers pay €1 a month for the first 3 months.
